Purchases via 2FUSSIE website are handled by PayPal and therefore located within a secure server environment which utilises SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Orders can be placed directly on our website and paid via credit card using PayPal. Anyone with an email address can pay for goods online using PayPal. You will be directed to a secure site which is hosted by PayPal - a payment processor. You can then pay via credit card, direct debit, or using your own PayPal funds if you already hold an account. PLEASE NOTE - You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this option. One off payment transactions using your credit card, without registering for a PayPal account are possible.

Free shipping for all orders over $150.
$8.50 shipping for all orders under $150.
Orders ship via Registered Post within Australia.
Your order will ship within 24-48 hours of receiving cleared payment, providing all ordered items are in stock. We will always notify you if for some reason there is a delay in the delivery due to stock availability.
2FUSSIE cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. 2FUSSIE will do everything possible to assist customers in recovering lost items or damage costs from Australia Post or other third party couriers.

International orders

Currently shipping is only available within Australia and New Zealand.
If you are located overseas and would like to purchase from us, please send us an email and we will arrange a quote. Please note that minimum order quantities will apply for any overseas orders.

Prices are displayed in AUD and are inclusive of GST. Our prices are indicative of Melbourne metropolitan prices.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

product availability

Not all products displayed online are available for immediate delivery. Items that carry wait times may take up to 6 weeks to fill. We encourage you to order well in advance of their required date, especially during peak times, such as Christmas, when popular items sell out. Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm a delivery turnaround time, if an item is required by a specific date.
'out of stock' items
If an item is displayed as 'More Soon!', please contact us to express your interest, as we may be waiting on a delivery. Occasionally, an item you order may be out of stock. In the rare event that this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible upon receipt of your order.

These items are not able to be exchanged or refunded.

colours

Please understand that how colours are depicted can vary depending on the quality of your monitor. We go to great effort to ensure that the colours reproduced in our product photos are as true to life as possible, but because the image that appears on a computer screen can vary widely depending on a monitor's display settings and manufacturer, sometimes garment colours may vary slightly from the images that appear on our site.

Out of business hours, emails are checked regularly and will be attended to as required. All Victorian Public Holidays are gratefully observed, therefore, orders made on these days will be shipped the following business day.

refunds, exchanges & warranties

At 2fussie, all our items are of high quality and are carefully checked prior to dispatch. If for some reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, it can be returned for refund or exchange (minus postage) when contact is made within 7 days of your order, and the goods are unused, unopened and still in their original, undamaged packaging. Goods can be exchanged if found to be a manufacturing fault however 2fussie will not exchange or refund for change of mind.
